Steven Maggard joined Summit in February 2019 as a licensed professional engineer with 18 years of experience in a wide range of project types including rural roadway, urban roadway, water, sanitary sewer and storm water. Steven currently has 21 years of experience and is a partner in the firm who manages the Civil Department.
