Sean Mathews, AIA
Senior Architect
Sean has served as a project architect/project manager for Summit since 2013. His responsibilities include all phases of architectural projects ranging from initial client contact through completion of construction in Central and Eastern Kentucky. Sean has successfully managed four LEED Certified Buildings, including Lincoln Hall, the first LEED Certified Building in Kentucky, Wolfe County Judicial Center, and KACAO. He was also responsible for obtaining certification for the Perry County Public Library. Sean’s job skills include architectural design, preparation of presentation materials, architectural presentations, preparation of contract documents and specifications, presentation, construction administration and shop drawing analysis. His other experience includes
inspections, conducting progress meetings, processing of pay requests and client relations, as well as project budgeting and construction cost management. His computer based technical skills include REVIT Architecture 2021, Auto CAD 2021, Energy Conservation Management Software (COMCheck), Microsoft Office Suite and Master Spec.
