Scott has served as the firm’s President/CEO since 2022. For more than 27 years, Scott has managed projects with the clients’ best interest in mind with a focus on community development.

Scott also plays an instrumental role for providing facilitating services and district facility planning for K-12 school districts, collegiate campuses and municipalities. He has a passion for working with school districts and large organizations in long-range planning and providing amortized facility need options that meet the clients’ financial needs and obligations.

In addition to Scott’s client partnerships, he has also maintained relationships with county and state agencies to help facilitate project progression, funding opportunities and positive impacts on communities. He is always looking for opportunities for his clients to improve their facilities while delivering the lowest cost of ownership for Summit’s clients and the organizations they serve.
