Mark is the company’s leader in water and wastewater project pursuits with extensive knowledge in developing projects from early concepts to final construction. He has worked in the Kentucky, Ohio, and Tennessee utility market in various capacities having worked as a contractor, material vendor, and design professional throughout his career.

Mark joined Summit in November 2024 as a licensed Professional Engineer with over 27 years of experience in a wide range of projects including water treatment and distribution, wastewater treatment and collection, pumping and conveyance, and a variety of other infrastructure projects. He believes the key to any successful project starts with building strong trusting relationships and clear communication with his clients.
